Sixteen speakers, many of them authors, will present 21 sessions, including five break-out sessions, at the all-day conference.

Keynote speaker Colin Tipping, the author of "Radical Forgiveness," will present, "Spirit at Work on the Bottom Line," suggesting how spiritual intelligence -- the awareness and understanding of spiritual activity in the workplace -- directly affects a company's financial results. Tipping's keynote promises to transform the way attendees see themselves, co-workers, and the world of business.

(Conversations with God author Neale Donald Walsh has called Tippings Radical Forgiveness one of a few books with the potential to change the world. Tippings work also has earned exceptional praise from New York Times bestselling authors John Bradshaw (Homecoming) and Caroline Myss (Anatomy of the Spirit), among others. An award-winning author, teacher and international speaker, Tipping was educated at London University. He is the founder and president of Quantum Energy Management Consultants and The International Center for Reconciliation and Mediation Through Radical Forgiveness, Inc. In addition to the keynote talk, Colin will present his popular "Circles of Forgiveness" workshop (a separate event) on Sunday afternoon at the Eckerd College Conference Center.)
