My Out of Body Experiences - 1 Mar 2002 I was in my parked car, taking a nap. Several times I've felt myself getting up, opening the door and walking outside. I had to keep my eyes closed - when I tried to open them, I'd find myself back in the driver's seat. Thought that perhaps certain amount of discomfort is useful for OBE - prevents me from falling asleep altogether, so I can easier stay at the border between being awake and asleep.
